Here it is already the middle of June. Summer is upon us big time in the 90 degree temperatures that we are having. Since I last posted in March, we have had 7 immediate family birthdays, 2 family anniversaries, 2 extended family weddings and Jeremy's graduation from Army Boot Camp. Jessica has finished her Junior year of High School and Don has made it to his one year anniversary at his job. Our Grandchildren are growing so fast. Gabriel turned 4 yesterday. Logan turned 1 in May and Kaylee turned 2 in April. On the same day as Jeremy's graduation. Wes will be 3 in August this year and is such a sweet addition to our family as is his mother Kacie.
Jeremy graduates from AIT on the 25th of June and will receive his orders as to where he and his family will be stationed for awhile during his service in the Army. He has grown up so much and taken his new father and husband status seriously.
Don and I have been married now for 23 years and have watched our children grow and move on with their lives. We only have the one home now and she will graduate next Spring. Where did the time go?

Wow, I did not realize it had been such a long time since I updated my blog. Almost a year has gone by already. A lot of things have taken place, yet others have stayed the same.
My husband did come off the road and is now working close to home so we see each other quite a bit more. Our Children and Grandchildren are getting older and increasing in numbers. It hardly seems possible that our youngest grandson will be a year old in May. Our granddaughter will be two in April and our oldest grandson will be four in June.
Our youngest son signed up for the Army. He was scheduled to leave in October last year and went to Kansas City to leave out. They sent him home due to a 104 temperature. His next deployment date was moved until February this year. In the mean time, he became engaged, married and became a father to his new wife's two year old son. He did manage to leave in February for basic to Ft. Leonardwood, MO. It is hard for those of us left here and the only contact is letters for now.
Jessica is struggling with her Junior year of High School. She is battling one illness after another which causes her to miss a lot of days. Hopefully we can get these problems fixed so she does not miss out on her A+ opportunities for College.
Don and I finally got our lives straightened out so that we are able to attend the temple to do important work for our ancestors. It is so much fun, frustration and joy to search out our genealogical lines. It is so great to spend time with family in such a wonderful place. Looking forward to doing more for Don's family since my side is mostly complete.
I have had the wonderful opportunity to spend time with Logan this past year. He is such a joy and it has been great seeing him grow and change. I can hardly believe he will be one already. Crawling, jabbering and pulling up to things, such a big boy.
I am sad that I do not get the opportunity to spend such quality time with Gabe and Kaylee. I miss seeing them grow and change.
Wes is a wonderful addition to the family, as is his mother, Kacie. He is so much like Jeremy in many ways, it is easy to forget that they are not blood related.
My other children are doing great too. Working, going to school and taking care of their families keep them real busy. Due to financial difficulties, we have not had the opportunity to visit our children in Belton as much as we would like. We do love and miss seeing them. As we do love our others that live in Neosho, one of whom we have not seen in forever, Josh.
That is all for now. Logan is calling.
